Processing (Workshop + Screening)

Processing takes film as a site of alchemy: a medium to be scratched, spliced, remixed and reanimated until its material grain becomes indistinguishable from memory itself. Across hand-processed Super 8, analogue video synthesis and found footage, this shorts programme interlaces the medium and materiality of queer film with desire and speculative futures; it refuses fixity.

As part of the screening, you are invited to take part in a cameraless 16mm filmmaking workshop.
