In this authentic, tender-but-boisterous coming of age drama, three queer adolescents relish the freedom their summer break provides and become enchanted with the Toronto nightlife. Their unofficial adoptive mother, a trans sex worker, provides them with a sense of stability and found family.

 

However, they are brought crashing down to reality when someone close to them goes missing and must try not to let the disappearance tear them apart. Equal parts uplifting and heart-rending, this beautiful portrayal of queer youth and its overlap with race and class will change the way youth is represented on screen forever.
