A Drag Roundtable

Sat Nov 17, 13:00

Workshop, Hackney House, Free

In the shadow of RuPaul’s Drag Race and its emergence as a ‘Netflix phenomenon’, drag is enjoying a period of unprecedented visibility as an artform. But what happens to drag as a revolutionary queer survival practice in this shift from subculture to mainstream? This event will take the format of a hosted discussion around the question of what drag means today, with those attending encouraged to participate in the conversation.

FREE but please book as spaces will be limited.
